ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - CENTRAL NEW YORK CHAPTER
Serving the cities of Binghamton, Ithaca, Syracuse, Utica and Watertown and their surrounding counties, the Alzheimer’s Association, Central New York Chapter is there to help. They provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout the community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families. They are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia, and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

The Alzheimer’s Association Long Island Chapter is there to help families throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties who are facing Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. They provide education and support for people throughout the community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families. They are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

The Alzheimer’s Association, New York City Chapter is there to help families, caregivers, health care professionals, and those living with the disease in the five boroughs. They provide education and support, advocate for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia, and advance critical research to develop new treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - ROCHESTER & FINGER LAKES CHAPTER
Serving the cities of Corning, Elmira and Rochester, and their surrounding counties, the Alzheimer’s Association, Rochester & Finger Lakes Region Chapter is there to help. They provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout the community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families. They are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia, and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - WESTERN NEW YORK CHAPTER
The Western New York (WNY) Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association serves Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming counties with education programs, support services, and other resources for care partners and those living with dementia.

Since 1974, the Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging has been working to improve the lives of older adults through research and advancements in policy and practice. They work to ensure that aging is framed not as a disease, but as another stage in the life course.
CHEMUNG COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF AGING AND LONG TERM CARE
The mission of the Chemung County Department of Aging and Long Term Care is to help Chemung County residents age together with independence, opportunity and dignity through coordinated and cost-effective policies and services that support and empower older adults, people of all ages in need of long term care, and their families and caregivers. NEW YORK STATE OFFICE FOR THE AGING
The New York State Office for the Aging's (NYSOFA's) home and community-based programs provide older adults with access to a well-planned, coordinated package of in-home and other supportive services designed to support and supplement informal care. NYSOFA's overall goal is to improve access to, and availability of, appropriate and cost-effective non-medical support services for older individuals to maximize their ability to age in their community and avoid higher levels of care and publicly financed care.
